I work with teams, groups, executives and departments to bring clarity, strategic direction and focus to both thinking and action, at times in support of change management processes. This results in better decisions, more productive teams and ultimately enhanced performance. These processes improve self-leadership skills and general quality of life.

I assist with re-aligning team behaviour to purpose and vision, resolving dynamics that create obstacles to improved performance. Fine-tuning of leadership capacity, growing manager skills to free up the potential of the people they manage, and integrating the talents and skills of teams are part of the learning process. In organisational development and change management processes, these team leader and team coaching methodologies are essential learning, integrative and development strategies. I draw on over 20 years of experience across many industries – including financial services, mining, consulting, public sector, and a background in both business and human resources. I have worked with many different types of teams and focus on team, group, executive, personal leadership and sales coaching, and leadership development.
