Monitoring and Evaluation Infundo's CREATE model includes a comprehensive, well designed M&E framework - including quantitative; behavioural and qualitative indicators. This includes psycho-dynamic profiling and evaluations; data analysis and narrative approaches. Our M&E thinking is always informed by a systemic view of impact and thus measurement of change falls in line with complexity rather than linear ways of engaging with performance.

Systems consultingDue to Infundo's work in the social impact space we have also assisted organisations who, after having invested in projects with clear deliverables, may be experiencing outcomes contrary to that previously envisaged.
To this end Infundo have conducted projects for clients to understand the underlying reasons for the non-performance and then implemented changes and measures to address this. We act as advisors and implementers to impact on delivery but also identify blind spots in theories of change and project logframes. This identification often leads to shifts in methodology and/or an adjustment of core focus in organisational strategy. |
